My art isn't in digital format already, what do I do?

A high resolution scan will do the trick. Photographing the original artwork may be tricky from the standpoint of shadowing and the proper light. It's always best to have a professional scan made and saved as a JPG file

How do I know the quality?

When you sign up as an artist, we'll send you a sample pack on the three types of stock and two weights we offer. These samples will allow you to see the high quality material we use, and how high quality our printing technology is.

What are the sizes I can purchase/offer?

The sizes areas follows:

  • Small Format: 8x10, 8.5x11, 11x17, 12x12, 12x18, 12x24, 12x26, 13x19, 13x26, 14x20, 14x24, 14x26
  • Large Format: 16x20, 18x24, 24x36, 36x48, 40x60 (large format available soon)

How do I get paid once I sell a piece?

Digital Print House will pay your Google Wallet on the 1st and 15th (Or next work day M-F) of each month for any collector's orders delivered since the previous payout. 

Is the Google Wallet app needed to receive money?

No, you don’t need the app to receive money through Google Wallet. We will transfer the funds to your email address, you'll receive a link to the Google Wallet website where you can easily receive your funds. All you'll need is a Google Account and a bank account or debit card.

How is my artwork protected?

You own the copyright to your artwork, by uploading and/or offering your work on this site, you are giving CreateWithDPH.com permission to reproduce your work to fulfill orders. Throughout the site, we display your work in low resolution formats that have been watermarked, to prevent users from downloading printable files.

I'm going to event, can I have it shipped to that event? How about my hotel?

Yes and yes. We require a two week cut off date for events to ensure that your prints arrive on time. Of course that doesn't mean that if your collectors order from your site that we don't put that into production right away. We use that cut off date to ensure that all large orders are fulfilled on time, without question.

What if my item comes to me damaged in transit?

Simply take a picture of the damaged print(s) from all angles. Send it to info@createwithdph.com along with a copy of your packing list and invoice number. We will then reproduce your order and replace it. No worries on your end.

I already have an account. How do I display and/or sell my own art work?

You may upgrade your account at any time by clicking the Account Upgrades link on your profile page. From there, you will be take through the process of setting up your personal gallery and uploading your art.

Can I set my art's sell price higher than the slider allows

Yes, simply click the Sell Price to edit the price manually. Keep in mind you can not go bellow the minimal prices shown.

How does DPH incorporate print bleed?

When Bleed is enabled on your print art, your image will be increased in size by 1/8" on all 4 sides. This will provide a little overflow so when trimmed to size, the chance for a white border is greatly reduced. If you prefer to have a white border, Bleed should not be enabled. DPH strongly recommends enabling bleed when you prefer to have an edge to edge image. To learn more about print bleed, read our blog post What is Print Bleed | Bleed Guidelines.
